The first world congress was a huge success

Munich, October 13th, 2011 – The first world congress for personnel diagnostics in Munich, Germany, which was hosted by profilingvalues was a huge success. This indicates the positive feedback from more than 100 participants – executives, consultants and HR service providers from 10 countries. ”We are receiving many requests for further information and contacts. Participants are also expressing their wish to become a certified partner. This will help us to grow our business next year“, said profilingvalues’ managing partner, Uli Vogel, directly after the congress.

The first congress for personnel diagnostics offered a wealth of information and inspiring presentations. Speakers covered the entire scope of areas in which the psychometric instrument can be used – recruiting, personnel development, coaching or the use as leadership instrument. Great attention received the presentations of Professor Dr Alberto Beuchot from Mexico and Leon Pomeroy, PH. D., and president emeritus of the Robert S. Hartman Institute. The information provided impressively demonstrated the international standing of the science-based diagnostic instrument.

Continued growth

 In order to manage the increasing demand for the new diagnostic instrument, profilingvalues’ managing director, Dr Uli Vogel, is focussing on growth. Only a couple of weeks ago, the company’s product was introduced in the United States, Canada and South Africa. Strengthening its operational basis is also the focus in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. “Our goal is to have 1,000 certified partners until the end of 2013. Even if we calculate conservatively, these will allow us to service about 5,000 companies”, explains Dr Uli Vogel.

Motivated by the great response in Munich, profilingvalues will organize and host a further congress next year.
