Standards
profilingvalues® fulfils all scientific requirements for psychological testing methods:
- Objectivity: The method must always produce the same result and be independent of the individual scientist, analyst or interpreter.
- Reliability: The method must be reliable and precise. This is mostly done by means of retesting, i.e. repeating the test after a certain period of time.
- Validity: The method must measure what it claims to measure. By using a factor analysis, the construct validity can be measured. Even more important is the criterion validity which requires results to be verified by means of experiences or other valid measurements, such as stable criteria to differentiate successful from not successful managers
